Areas of Responsibility
Upon request, I will help you with document layout, grammar, and clarity
of language. Although all work is carefully proofread, you are responsible
for the accuracy of the printed result. If you find any typographical
errors, I will be happy to provide corrected page(s) at no charge.
Storage of your Documents
Processed documents are generally saved on disk/CD for one year.
Financial records will be kept as long as services are performed for you.
Confidentiality
I will review and process your information and material for the sole
purpose of providing service to you. Some photography/video projects require
the collaborative efforts of business partners. All information and
materials are held in strict confidence.
Domain & Web Hosting
I am very pleased to have teamed up with long time friend Julie Korkow
and her Southeastern Web Services business. In cooperation with Domains
Priced Right we are able to offer registrations as low as $7.49 annually and
hosting as low as $3.99 per month.

Payment
Payment for domain registrations, site hosting, etc. are required in
advance, as is monthly site maintenance costs General web design and office
support services are due upon conclusion of work. If billing arrangements
have been established, payment will be due the 10th of the month.

Our $300 logo package includes the following:

Several unique
logo design choices will be available for you to choose from;

Two designers will work on your initial choices for maximum
creativity;

Logos will be designed in up to four colors as standard and for no
extra charge;

Unlimited revisions are available to your selected design choice;

File formats will be provided for web and professional print use;

Free support and communication with your print shop of choice;

Free transparent background versions of your new logo will be
provided;

Free grayscale version of your logo supplied as standard to allow
you to apply for trademark status if you so choose;

You own the full
copyright to your new logo design outright. We retain no rights at
all over your new logo.
